New features and improvements

Now <= and >= operators are supported in u-Slicer APIv2 for data filters.

Bug fixes

Fix for selecting second metrics on the Chart. Previously second metrics were selected improperly in some rare cases.
Fix for generating Short URLs at applying data filters to the Audience column.
Fix for supporting Unicode at exporting to Excel.
