New features and improvements

• Data column management is improved and made more intuitive.
  • Select Columns / Edit Columns dialog box is renamed to Columns: Select / Edit
  • Add Custom Column link is added to the Select tab.
  • Add column button on the Edit tab is renamed to Save as new column.
  • Save column button on the Edit tab is renamed to Update column.
  • Edit custom field button () is added to each custom data column on the Select tab.
  • Now confirmation is required at deleting a custom data column. 

Bug fixes

• Fix for the advanced filter with a very large number of slice lines. Previously some controls became unavailable.
