New features and improvements

Now Data table header is automatically frozen at reaching the top of the screen and is always visible at scrolling any number of data rows.
Now cross-domain requests based on XMLHttpRequest API are supported by adding the Access-Control-Allow-Origin:* header to API REST.
Client's caching mechanism is improved by generating the ETag header in the u-Slicer audience report.

Fix for preventing duplicated rows with Hieroglyphic characters in u-Slicer UI
Fix for u-Slicer audience report to prevent internal errors in some rare cases
